Shipping Policy

Once your order is ready for delivery you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. 

UK Standard delivery (3-5 working days- £5.00 

UK Next Day Delivery (ordered before 4pm Mon-Thurs) - £11.00 

INTERNATIONAL : 

Standard INTL Shipping (5-8 working days) - £18.00

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local depot for collection. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you order the hair and you change your mind. Don't worry We accept all returns requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

• Still have any original packaging intact (e.g. tags/bags/boxing) and in a good/saleable condition
• Not be altered in any way (brushed out, cut, coloured, bleached,)
• Not appear to have been worn

If the return does not meet the above criteria, we will not be able to accept the return, and we will have no choice but to send the order back to you.
